Happy Valentines Day! Today we will be busy eating heart-shaped pancakes, delivering sugar cookies to neighbors, and enjoying a yummy dinner sans kids. First time we will actually go out to dinner on actual Valentines day in years. Usually we just make a crab dinner at home, but I thought we would celebrate our last V-Day in Utah in style.
