MY FAVORITE GRILLED BALSAMIC WRAP RECIPE

Garrett randomly made up this wrap a few months ago and I am truly SHOCKED at how good it is. Did he miss his calling in life as a chef or what? I shared how to make this delicious simple wrap the “quick” way on my stories the other day, but here is the full recipe that tastes even better! I would have never thought to cook the cheese like this, but it’s really what makes this wrap so cheesy and crispy and delicious. It’s healthy and perfect for summer. I kid you not, I’ve made it every day for lunch for weeks.

The ingredients are so simple and easy to have on hand. I just added them all to my Walmart+ order so I would be ready to go with this yummy wrap lunch for the whole week! If you haven’t jumped on the Walmart+ train yet, you need to. They have streamlined our summer grocery shopping! I can get fresh high quality groceries fast, without spending time wandering the aisles. I get to spend more time at the pool with my kids (with my trusty wrap in hand) and less time wandering isles. I love taking advantage of this kind of convenience so I can focus on enjoying our summer!

Grilled Balsamic Wrap

Ingredients:

Tortilla

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Prosciutto

Arugula

Balsamic Glaze (I love this one from Walmart)

Directions:

Pour a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese on a pan on the stove over medium heat. As it starts to melt, place a tortilla over the top. Let it cook until the cheese browns on the bottom.

Flip onto a cutting board and place one slice of prosciutto on top, then add a handful of fresh arugula. Top with a drizzle of balsamic glaze (I found this one at Walmart and it’s huge and so good).

Wrap it up, slice it at a diagonal if you want to be extra fancy, and enjoy!

Thank you to Walmart for sponsoring this post. All opinions are my own.
