MY FAVORITE WATERPROOF VOLUMIZING MASCARA

While I most definitely don't agree with the name, this waterproof mascara beats about a dozen others I've put to the test. It's thick and buildable (I shimmy it at the base of me lash, then pull it all the way up). It can get a little clumpy in the bottle, but I've never had a problem with clumps on my lashes as long as I am careful when I apply it.
