BLOOMING BRIGHTS

I have been in love with this top since the moment I saw it. It is a thick stretch knit and such a beautiful shade of citrus. It is maternity, but would work no problem with non-maternity as well. The cut is super flattering. 
I hope you all had a fantastic weekend! I spent lots of time hanging out with my boys, which is just how I like to spend my weekends. We went on a family hike, and spent a night at the Santa Monica Pier eating all the frozen custard we could. Such a great weekend!

THE POWER OF PINK

I like pink, but I wouldn’t say I’m a big pink wearer.  I’m usually more drawn to more coral shades. But this blazer was too pretty to pass up. It is so vivd and such a great fit. The slightly longer length is great for hiding those parts other than my tummy that are growing 😉 The pop of yellow makes this look perfect for Spring.
This past week was Bradley’s Spring Break and we spent it playing in the sprinklers out back, visiting Garrett at work, and a full day of nothing but the beach. It was just what I needed after an exhausting weekend. One of the highlights of last week was having lunch with the Target Style team with some crazy talented bloggers and designers. I left the lunch with these gorgeous blooms.
I’m also so excited to announce that I will be hosting the launch party for Rachel Zoe’s new maternity line at A Pea in the Pod this Saturday from 3-5pm at the Beverly Hills location. LITTLE BLUE DRESS

I’m currently 17 weeks along in my pregnancy and my bump is definitely out there! It is starting to be so much fun to dress around. I fell in love with the fit of this dress the second I put it on. It is a thicker knit, so it stretched perfectly over my bump. But it is not maternity, so I can wear if after the baby too. And it comes in 11 colors! (I love it in bright pink too) 
I really love this stage of pregnancy. My energy is back, I feel much more like myself, and the bump is actually a bump (not a weird bulge). I have started to feel the baby kicking recently and I forget how much I love that feeling! The boys are dying to feel it kick, but that wont be for a while longer. It is so fun to see how much my boys love this little baby already.

Navy, mustard, and red have always been some of my favorite colors to pair together.  With so many different ways to combine the three colors, I took the same scarf and same flats and used them to style two different looks.

Happy Monday! Well, not exactly happy…I’d be ok if it were still the weekend.  But a sweater like this can add a little boost to the start of any week.  I love layering sweaters over lightweight collared tops. Sometimes layers over a normal cotton button-up can get a bit bulky, but something lightweight like this chiffon top can give you the layered look without the added bulk.

DATE NIGHT COZY

You don’t have to ditch your favorite sweatshirt just because it’s date night.  This look you can wear during the day with flats or cute sneakers, but throw on a pair of nude pumps, grab a clutch, pick up your babysitter, add an extra coat of mascara, a spray of perfume, reapply your deodorant, and you’re good to go! 
Did you watch the VS Fashion show last night? I did and it might have been my favorite hour of TV this year. All of a sudden I want to bedazzle my bra and craft wings out of sparkly tule. My husband even held up our Mohu antenna for half the show so that I could get a clear picture. Now that deserves some reapplied deodorant on our next date.
